About Us
Welcome to Landhaus Matt in Flirsch am Arlberg
Our holiday home is located in Flirsch am Arlberg at about 1,150 meters above sea level. Enjoy the convenience of a small bar on the ground floor, ideal for relaxing after an adventurous day.
The free ski bus stops right in front of our house and takes our guests to St. Anton am Arlberg in just a few minutes. For families with children or beginners, there is a small practice lift behind the house.
Even outside the ski season, our holiday home is an excellent starting point for numerous activities. A nearby riding stable adds a special charm in summer, especially for horse lovers.

Our apartment has a total of six 2-bed rooms with double beds and three 2-bed rooms with single beds.
All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and a balcony.
Our comfortable dining and lounge area for 18 people features a well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and coffee machine, as well as satellite TV and balcony access.
Are you traveling in a smaller group? No problem! Upon request, our large 18-person apartment can be converted into a second apartment. This apartment then accommodates a total of six people and consists of two twin rooms with double beds and one twin room with single beds – including a fully equipped kitchen and balcony access.
Yes, pets are allowed in our house.
Smoking is NOT permitted in our apartments.
Unless otherwise agreed, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply with amendment of the cancellation guidelines §5 paragraph §5.5 and §5.6.
Cancellation conditions Landhaus Winkl
It is not uncommon for things to turn out differently than you think and the holiday you have booked to have to be cancelled or prematurely terminated. Whether you are unable to start your holiday at all or have to return early, the right of cancellation according to Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 10 FAGG does not apply; instead, the following cancellation conditions apply:
booked stay from 01 November to 30 April
– Cancellation free of charge up to 60 days before arrival
– 60 days to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total amount
– 30 days to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount
– 7 days to 1 day before arrival: 90% of the total amount
– In case of late arrival and/or early departure or no-show, the booked stay will be charged.

To avoid unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation due to illness, death, loss of job, etc., we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. If you are interested, visit www.europaeische.at .
In our house there is a ski cellar, which our guests can use free of charge. Our guests also have the option of renting skis and ski boots from Alber Sport in St. Anton am Arlberg for €3 per day.
